We all know that conflict happens everywhere, it is inevitable and natural. Once we accept this, it becomes easier to handle conflicts and it simplifies the issues at hand. We all have our own defenses and mechanisms to deal with conflicts. Conflicts are toxic as they lead to outbursts, meltdowns and dysfunctionality. Whenever people from different backgrounds, work ethics, temperaments work together, and conflicts are bound to take place. However, these conflicts can be resolved in professional and effective manner, with the right approach and understanding.
