Negotiation is a method by which people settle differences. It is a process by which compromise or agreement is reached while avoiding argument and dispute. We often confuse compromise with negotiation and fall in the trap of our own woven misconceptions.

The easy way out of this dilemma is to learn the necessary skill set that is required for picking up the best negotiating style, learning the do’s and don't's, types of negotiations, so on and so forth. Learning never stops and any skill acquired at any age is always beneficial and acts as a game changer at the right time.
