Team management involves teamwork, communication, objective setting and performance appraisals. As a team manager one needs to, create a healthy, competitive work environment for people, create value and appreciate progress.
How do we achieve these traits and with so much ease?? We can achieve this by learning how to manage a team. An effective and competent team is possible only if you possess the necessary qualities to manage the team.
We, at One Life Academy understand the dynamics of working and managing a team. Our course will help you understand and develop the core skills needed to be a good people’s person and thereby a good team manager.

How will you Learn?

The course will be conducted via “Live training module (Zoom Video conferencing)” and will support live interactions with the trainer. The training time would be based on the courses chosen. Additional training material will be made available after registration and before the start of the course.
